Franchisees of Optus expressed the need for a system that would allow them to track staff performance, store performance and Optus commission reconciliation.

After working with franchisees I have built an online database system that allows employees to enter sale information across multiple stores. Managers can see individual, store or company trends and targets, allowing them to quickly make decisions on critical information.

With Optus’s complex bonus systems and commission statements , the new system should show employee incentives more easily helping to improve sales.

Site was developed in ASP.NET / C# and takes advantage of the new 2.0 features including master pages, membership / authentication framework and themes. Site was integrated with Optus automated systems and provided reconciliation, reporting, employee management and roles based security.

I was the primary developer on the contract.
